Standard Retrieval
Our Standard Retrieval package includes an on-site visit, data retrieval through the OBD port of the vehicle, all raw data files, and a PDF Crash Data Report generated with Bosch’s specialized software. This package also features a Quality Assurance file containing vehicle photographs, a detailed case summary, and a Certificate of Custody and Authenticity.
Advanced Retrieval
Our Advanced Retrieval package includes an on-site visit, data retrieval through the Event Data Recorder itself, all raw data files, and a comprehensive PDF Crash Data Report generated with Bosch’s specialized software. As with the Basic Retrieval package, this service also provides a Quality Assurance document containing vehicle photographs, a detailed case summary, and a certificate of custody and authenticity.
Special Retrieval
In certain cases, the Event Data Recorder may be damaged or access may be obstructed, necessitating specialized removal methods such as the use of power tools or the need for outside specialists. In these instances, clients will be consulted and any additional charges will be discussed and approved prior to service. Special Retrievals are priced on a case-by-case basis in collaboration with the client, with the Advanced Retrieval cost typically included in the agreed-upon fee for the specific circumstances. Please note, a minimum fee for visit may be applied.
